My Comments/Notes are in blue...this is the way things were with my engine...your mileage may vary!  Also bear in mind that the computer (ECU) is grounding the inputs to activate them.  For example, the computer switches A7 to ground to fire Injector #4.  It switches A14 & A12 to ground to activate the fuel pump relay.  As such, the computer does not distribute power...you provide power to the item, then the computer provides its path to ground.  So, don't run a ground wire from your relay and expect the computer to switch it on!

C12 - Grounds water temp (TW), air temp (TA), throttle angle (TAS) and atm press. (PA) sensors
C13 - Also supplies 5V+ to Yel/Wht wire on PA sensor
