My Comments/Notes are in blue...this
is the way things were with my engine...your mileage may vary! Also
bear in mind that the computer (ECU) is grounding the inputs to activate
them. For example, the computer switches A7 to ground to fire Injector
#4. It switches A14 & A12 to ground to activate the fuel pump
relay. As such, the computer does not distribute power...you provide
power to the item, then the computer provides its path to ground.
So, don't run a ground wire from your relay and expect the computer to
switch it on!
These charts are numbered as if you are looking at the holes in the
socket with the wires facing away from you.
‘A’ connector (White)
(A16, A18) A8 - VTEC Spool said GRN was actually GRN/WHT ‘B’ connector
B15, B17 - Both go to one WHT wire on ignitor (Blue wire from ignitor is tach signal) ‘C’ connector
C8 - O2 sensor #2 said RED/BLUE was actually ORG C8 and C16 are separate shielded wires...may look like large black wires because stated color refers to the inner conductor C9 - RED/WHT, to atmospheric pressure sensor ("PA sensor") PA Sensor has two other wires which need to be spliced to C12 & C13, see below. C12 - Grounds water temp (TW), air temp (TA), throttle angle (TAS) and atm press. (PA) sensors C13 - Also supplies 5V+ to Yel/Wht wire on PA sensor |
